Coffee has always been a never-ending voyage.

What began as a search for excellence in a cup ended up becoming a ticket to explore the world.

Through our learning of the parameters that are necessary in extracting desirable flavours into the cup, we obtained the title of local barista champion. Evaluating the positive attributes in green coffee, we procure the titles of Q-grader, Q-processor licenses and various judging qualifications.

Our passion in the roasting of coffee has also lead us to many unexplored areas. Even with limited scientific methods available in its quantification, it was still eye-opening and motivates us to learn more. Through practicing with different coffee beans, we would still be able to tell the unique fingerprint of our own roasts and their characteristic products from caramelisation with our eyes closed.

We are still after the God shot. But we also understand that we would not be able to achieve it without the hard work of others along the supply chain. The most crucial contributor is the coffee producer. Without them, there wouldn't be anything.
