This coffee is actually a blend of beans from three different farms. All grown in the same region, at similar altitude and picked and processed on the same day. They are then taken to the mill to be mixed and placed on African beds for the drying process. The drying is a complex four-week process but results in an incredible bold juicy coffee. Its incredible sweetness is owing to controlled fermentation.
