Farm Description:
The Divisadero mill sits on top of the Himalayan farm where owner Mauricio grows a variety of coffees, where some of sweetest and creamiest coffees in El Salvador are being produced.

For our lots, Mauricio is employing his most experienced pickers who selectively pick perfect red cherries, before they take coffee to mill, they will first soar out slightly and then overripe again, just to make sure that the coffees are perfect. Since we pay high premiums for our coffees, Mauricio also pays his pickers higher premiums for picking these coffees.
